How to Order

Thank you for choosing The Letter Boutique for your decorating needs! We've tried to make the ordering process as simple as possible, but here are a few tips for ordering:

Browse the website and decide if any of our premade designs meet your needs. We have letters for girls, letters for boys, and lots of accessories to choose from as well! A fun way to see all of our samples in your chosen style is to shop by theme. Nothing quite matches what you're looking for? Choose our custom design option - we'd love to work with you. Just don't forget to fill out the custom order form (also located on the order page and in your confimation email after you check out!
Once you have decided on the letters you like, enter the quantity of letters in the name you are ordering. For example, if the name is Kylie, enter 5. If you enter "1" in the quantity box and request a name with more than one letter, we will be contacting you and it may delay your order!
Choose the size you'd like. Keep in mind that the size is based on the height of the tall letters - the capital letters and q, t, y, p, d, f, g, h, j, k, l and b - and the short letters are scaled in proportion based on the font. The letter widths will vary depending on the font chosen. Check out our Name Previewer to see the name you want in each font.
Add the item to your cart and continue shopping for matching accessories if you would like. If there is something you're looking for that we don't have listed on the site (such as custom wood shapes, wall plaques, etc.) please contact us so we can add these items to your order. Add a rush order to your shopping cart if you'd like to have your order shipped in 10 business days!
When you are finished, click the Shopping Bag icon at the top right of the page. You may then check out using Paypal (by clicking the "Continue to Payments" button) or using a credit card (click the Google Checkout button).
When you are finished checking out, you will receive an email confirmation. If you've ordered a custom design or would like to give us more information about your order, be sure to fill out our custom order form (there will also be a link in your emailed receipt) as soon as possible so we can get started!
